How to Insert a Google Map as a Raster Image in Scale in AutoCAD?

If you have the need to insert or insert a Google Map into AutoCAD at some SCALE and customize your drawing and you did not know how to, look at this tutorial. I hope that I will can explain to the beginners.

STEP 1.
The map you want to insert into your AutoCAD drawing must be in the same folder as the DWG file of your drawing.

STEP 2.
In the text menu, click Insert => Raster Image Reference...

STEP 3.
Find the folder in which the Map file is located, then select it and then click Open.

On the newly opened dialog in the "Image" window, Uncheck options for Insertion Point, Scale, Rotation and click OK.

STEP 5.
You are now inserting a map from the file. (Do not pay attention to my copy because this is just for tutorials, I did not have a map in real scale). Click on the inserted map to select it and then DTM (Right mouse button) => Properties. Or after selecting a text menu, select the Properties button from the graphic menu.

On the new open Properties menu "Raste Image", locate the SCALE field and enter the ratio of the Scale to the intended purpose. Of course here you need to know the relationship of scales. The MAP will be inserted in 1:1. (eg: if you put 0.25 it means you will reduce it 4 times because it is 0.25 => 1/4 of the whole). Make sure that you enter the correct decimal number with the dot. If you put the value 10 then the map will be enlarged 10 times. After entering the SCALE value, press Enter and close the Properties Menu (Raster Image) box.
STEP 7.
And finally our inserted Google Map in AutoCAD, looks like this in the picture below.
