- press the Enter button (DTM can on the desktop)
- click on the part of the yellow line crosses the red line, that is part of the yellow line that we want to cut.

Now you have this situation. The layout of the drawing after applying the TRIM command to AutoCAD (image below)

Example1 step by step (Applying TRIM in AutoCAD Draw)

Take for example the drawing below which will be cut off parts of circles (1 and 2) the rest of the drawing to get the look that we want.
Run Command TRIM by clicking on the button and then select that click on the lines of 3, 4 and 5 (because they are border line to which we need to cut the lines 1 and 2
Run Command TRIM by clicking on the button and then select that click on the lines of 3, 4 and 5 (because they are border line to which we need to cut the lines 1 and 2

Now press the Right Mouse button (DTM) or press Enter to complete the selection. Notice that the cursor is still a square shape (which means that we keep selecting those lines but now we want to cut, in this case, the lines 1 and 2, so click on the lines 1 and 2

Finally, press the ESCAPE key. Now our drawing looks like.

IMPORTANT: So the order of selection is:
- The first line of which is cut off (limit)
- The lines will be cut off, ie. Removed.
NOTE: Make sure you are all the lines in the drawing-binding, otherwise the command will not work Trim. If you do not command works TRIM enlarge the drawing and see the maximum bond point.
For example, see pictures below (Basically everything looks OK but the lines at a given point are not conected).

After High ZOOM of the desktop using the Mouse wheel. Do you that this is happening because you have a problem at the end of the art (especially in 3D).
Be sure to include OSNAP mode (as well as activate certain point) and increase when you zoom in one place have more binding (connecting) points.
