If you want to draw an arbitrary shape ARC then you need to use the ARC command.
On the toolbar, click on the DRAW ARC. Or with a text menu DRAW => ARC => and choose the option to draw the bow.
I recommend that you use a text menu, because you have more options. Refer to the Command Line prompt, as it may appear a request for additional elements.
