Command entry Block in AutoCAD

What is a BLOCK in AutoCAD?

This is a drawing that is composed of multiple lines, arcs, and the like, and makes the whole we often use when drawing a more complex drawings. As the block is most often used a drawing of windows and doors in the building floor plan drawings (there are no more, it all depends what you do). Blocks can be made very quickly without drawing insert the larger struggle that it must draw constantly from the beginning.

Distinguish between two types of BLOCKS

1st Block that you define in its complex plot. So you have a huge drawing (plan) in which you will need to draw the 10 doors, 20 windows, etc. .. If you create blocks for this drawing and use them in it then these blocks will be placed as part of a group of drawings (side) and after shooting file your completed drawing blocks are saved with the drawing.
So the blocks created by the drawing can only be used in the respective drawings.
If someone send a file to the respective drawings are then sent him and created blocks that are drawing the sides.

2nd Block that has taken command WBLOCK and makes the whole art in itself and also independently recorded as a file (eg: blok_vrata_100_210_30.dwg). This a block can be recorded in a folder and call it when you want to use it for other drawings. Blocks created by decree WBLOCK can send e-mail as separate entities that others can use.

Example of how the hallmark of Block

You create a drawing of the door. The drawing of the neck often need to use the layout that you draw. Somewhere on the desktop by drawing layout, draw a sketch of his neck and create a BLOCK in the following way.

Shortly after clicking on the respective button, a dialog box will disappear and you need to click on a point that will be the base for placing the block. Around this point you can rotate the block in the drawing when you place it.

STEP 3
After clicking on the base point will return you to the dialog window and now you see that in the zone appeared Base Point coordinates in which the base point is located within the entire drawing (otherwise this block you can later move on the desktop without any fear that there will be problems ). Now you need the dialog box click on the "Pick Point" in the Objects.

After clicking on the Pick Point button will disappear again, a dialogue window and the mouse pointer now looks like a small box (which means you need to select anything). You selecting a line by line ;-), NO! select the entire drawing using the frame for selection (see link on the home page 14 how it works). So click the drawing near the door at the bottom right corner hold the mouse button and drag diagonally across the drawing in the upper left corner above the drawing. Now you are all line drawings selected and to see so that all lines are dashed.
Press ENTER to complete the selection dialog box and return back.

Otherwise, the command to create and change the attributes you can start with ATTDEF and DDATTE. (see HELP)

EXAMPLE BLOCK created from the drawings (in the same file is located and a block and drawing)

When printing (PLOT) to paper block will not see it because it will be placed on the drawings and we can finally delete it. Block course draw in a particular layer, and so it insert in a particular layer. (to be able to manipulate the display and hiding of certain doors, or all at once)

Block course in drawing adjust the dimensions of the drawing (although you can scale the dimensions of the block that is changed with a command from the toolbar SCALE MODIFY.
Please note, this block can't be used in another drawing command Insert only in the respective drawings. For inserting in the second drawing must create a Block as an independent file command WBLOCK.

WBLOCK (saving Block as a File)

As I noted, that one block can be used in multiple drawings (insert it in the drawing), it must be recorded as a separate file.

This is done as follows.
Draw a sketch (a door or window or any part of the art, for example: engine crankshaft) and then type the command WBLOCK the Command Line prompt.
Will appear with dialog window where you select the following:
1. Pick Point to set the base point of placing the block in the drawing.
2. Selection of drawings which will form a block.
3. Determination of PATH trails (paths) and file name where the record
